Reservation Policy

Reservations: Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards, cash or business checks. These forms of payment are required to guarantee an overnight guest reservation.

Cancellations: In the event of a no show, or a cancellation less than ten days prior to the check in date, the customer's credit card will be charged.

Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security: When you click on the reservations button for lodging or dining, you are taken to a third-party payment partner website. On these websites your payment and personal information is safely managed. These vendors use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Room Rates: Room rates reflect double occupancy and are subject to change. All rates include a full complimentary breakfast. Applicable sales and occupancy taxes not included. Charge of $15 per additional person. Children under two stay for free. Corporate rates available Sunday-Friday.

Check-In: After 3:00pm

Check-Out: By 11:00am

Dining: Open to the public, the restaurant serves dinner nightly, full service lunch Monday through Friday, Lite Fare Lunch available in the JPub Sat-Sun noon-4PM. To avoid disappointment, we suggest making your dinner reservations when reserving your room.

Pet Policy: No pets, please.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates for overnight stays and the restaurant are available by clicking here or by calling (215) 362-7500. Don't worry if you cannot come to us, we can deliver them to your door.
